Sample Model Number Tags
Model numbers can be made up of numbers (1005400, for example) or a combination of letters and numbers (LAT1000AAE). The model number will most likely appear on either a paper sticker or a metal plate. Your appliance's model number tag may look similar to the sample model number tags shown here (model number highlighted in yellow):
Is your GE dryer not spinning like it used to or taking forever to dry clothes? The common issue could simply be your dryer's drum drive belt! The drum drive belt is essentially the heart of your dryer. It connects to the motor pulley, helping it spin the drum as the motor rotates. When this component is in good shape, your dryer runs smoothly and your clothes come out perfectly dry, just like when you first bought your appliance. Our genuine GE Dryer Drum Drive Belt is designed to get your dryer back in top shape. It?s a high-quality replacement part that ensures peak performance, giving your trusty appliance a new lease on life. The result? You get more years out of your dryer, and save time and money on unnecessary replacements or repeated repairs. To fit the belt, you?ll need to disconnect the power to your dryer and it's recommended that you wear work gloves to protect your hands during the process. Though if you're not confident doing it yourself, it's always a good idea to call in a professional. Take control and extend the life of your GE dryer with our genuine GE Dryer Drum Drive Belt. Your clothes (and your wallet) will thank you for it!

The triple burner would not heat
Took the top and bottom plates off from the back of the stove. Removed the knob from the front, unscrewed the two screws holding it in. Then from the back side I unplugged the two wiring harnesses from the old switch, inserted the new one, plugged the harnesses back in and then put the screws back in the front to hold the new knob thing.

3-way top element not burning , don't see any burns in the element.
For model number kers505xss01
Hello Ed, Thank you for the question. In order to determine if the burner element or the control switch is defective, I suggest testing both parts with a Multi Meter to check for continuity. The parts do not always show physical signs when they are defective or damaged. Hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
