Received the first knob I was told what to order when it came it was the wrong knob. I was given a return label which was not prepaid and I have never received my credit...Got the new one.....It also did not work. quick service - but kind of pricey for a plastic knob when I paid way over $1000 for the cooktop originally.
the stem of the knob that attaches to the cooktop is longer than the original by a 1/4" so it stands up higher on the cook top. Not a big deal, but the two I replaced are taller than the two that broke so it looks a little 'off'. I am dissappointed that this part is not make of something other than plastic - this is the second time I've had to replace them.

Looking for replacement knobs for my Whirlpool gold series cooktop with schott ceran eco friendly the model # inside the knob says model number above but the picture is differnt from my knob the model # thats wpw10284885 matches exactly to my knob so i'm having a problem with the correct item to buy need help with that thank you

I keep having to replace the knobs on one burner because it goes thru periods where it won't turn and the knob end up cracking at the base. Any recommendations?

Hello Amy, thank you for your question. You could try to replace the burner switches that the knobs control to see if the new ones would have less resistance with the knobs. I hope this helps.
