Easy to install and works just like it was new! Very happy. We had 6-7 segments out. Wish we had done it sooner.

This microwave came with the house that we purchased last fall. The microwave is over 10 years old, but still functions well with the exception that you had to be very sure you knew how much time you set on it because you had no visual way of validating. We had priced out a replacement microwave and were shocked to find out that a new version of the KitchenAid we have would be approximately $2000. I was quite excited to find this part available for the price. Though I was nervous about replacing a part on the microwave it was quite easy to locate the screws to remove each piece and the part was easy to replace. The repair took only 30 minutes start to finish. PartSelect delivered quickly and has helped make the microwave almost as good as new for less than a tenth of the cost to replace the microwave.
