removed the inner panel by removing 9 tork screws. removed latch mechanism by removing switch that it is connected to. Pins were broken on latch handle. Ordered parts from you on line. Read more working with door because door has springs that will catch you off guard and try to close while working on it.

Replacement parts were an exact fit. This always a concern when part numbers have been replaced with a new part number. Removed torx screws from door. Separated door shell, unplugged two micro switches, removed old latch and handle, replaced with new. Previous on line advice was helpful, but repair easy and quick.

Don't over think the process, removed module and replaced damaged parts.
Worked the first time re-assembled.

took off the inside of the door. reattached new handle, and reset the door. easy after I determined how the handle assembly worked.

I ordered only the plastic handle at 1st (wrong); I re-ordered it as electrical and found the whole piece needed replaced, the plastic handle was not available.
When I got it, I already had everything out and ready; it took approx. 10 minutes to put everything back and running. Very Easy!!!

I opened the door and removed the torx screws that held in the inner door panel. I then popped the latch mechanism out of its two mounting tabs, and inserted the new latch handle. I popped the latch mechanism back into place and then reinstalled the door panel. Voila...

After unplugging the dishwasher, I opened the door which required more pulling effort than it should. There were 10 screws which fasten the inside panel to the door. 2 Of these are located next to the latch. I used my drill driver with a star bit. By carefully separating the panel from the door, I was able to see the inside of the lat ... Read more ch mechanism. The plastic handle had 2 ears that had snapped off. It was fairly easy to remove the broken handle and replace it with the new one. All that was necessary then was to replace the 10 screws and tighten them. It seems to be fine now.

simply remove the ten screws, lift up the inner door. Disconnect the four electrical prongs on the latch assembly. Connect the new assembly and replace screws. Very simple. Saved 100 dollar service call

Took the inside door panel off by taking out the screws. Removed the broken latch, replaced it with the new. Replaced the door panel. Saved ourselves a service call. My husband is handy and can fix most anything.

Remove Stainless steel inner panel, removal of 8 small torax head screws. Pull back inner panel to acccess handle assembly, then repace handle. The handle snaps into place with ease.

NOTE: TURN OFF POWER, there is a 110 volt terminal lug that is part of the handle assembly, you will get shocked if you fail to disconnect power.
