Is this control panel something the consumer/user can replace easily? Are there instructions? Thank you.

Thank you for your question. We have included a link to one of our YouTube videos that you may reference on how to remove/install the dishwasher control panel. Although, the part being installed in the video is an electronic control board, it will also show you how to remove/install the control panel, We hope this helps with the repair!

The control lock light will not reset to off. I tried holding energy saver for 4 seconds to reset it and tried to shut down the machine but it did no good. The light stays on as well. Will replacing the control panel fix this?

Thanks for your question. Yes, the control panel would be the most common reason for your issue. We would advise replacing it, though also test the door switch with a multimeter for continuity and replace it if it shows no continuity, as it could be just the door switch as well causing that issue.
