This spray arm is located on the lower half of your dishwasher. Water is forced through this spray arm by the unit's pump and motor assembly. The force of the water propels the spray arms, spraying water and detergent onto the dishes on the dishrack.

I replaced the nut holding this part on. The lower plastic bushing and the upper bushing were good. When I screwed the new nut in place the arm assembly was loose and wobbled is this normal. It did however wash the dishes after I replaced this nut.
For model number DU945PWPQ1
Hi Conrad, Thank you for the question. No the arm shoudl not have much of a wobble to it once installed. I suggest checking the Wash Arm Bearing Ring, Part Number: PS11747064 and the Lower Spray arm seal,Part Number: PS11741334 to make sure they are securely in place and didn't come loose when installing the arm and nut. Hope this helps!
