Hi Shannon,
Thank you for your question. Unfortunately we do not have a video on your appliance directly, however we do have an installation video on how to install a hidden bake element. Here is the link to that video: https://youtu.be/bvZzEg90ZKA. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

Hi Chad,
Thank you for your question. There is a video on our website that you can reference on how to install the bake element. The the oven and the bake element in the video may not show exactly like the one you have, but it will give you a general idea on how to install the part. You will find the video under part number PS3633414. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

How do i change out the bake element? Do i need to pull the oven out of the wall?
For model number jjw9830dds
Hello Shannon, thank you for your question. The appliance should not have to be removed from the wall. First turn off the power to the unit, or unplug it. Open the oven door, remove the racks and locate the mounting bracket (if there is on) that holds the back of the element onto the back wall of the oven. Remove the two screws that hold that bracket, then gently pull the bake element out enough to disconnect the wires. Make sure to have something on hand (like a clothes pin) to hold the wires from pulling back into the wall of the oven. Reattach the wires to the terminals on the element then push the element back into place. Good luck with your repair!
