Model numbers can be made up of numbers (1005400, for example) or a combination of letters and numbers (LAT1000AAE). The model number will most likely appear on either a paper sticker or a metal plate. Your appliance's model number tag may look similar to the sample model number tags shown here (model number highlighted in yellow):
This part is a light bulb that is 120-130 volts and 15 watts, and is used in conjunction with your range or wall oven. The function of this bulb is to illuminate the interior of the oven.Before making this repair, you will need to disconnect your appliance from the electrical source. We recommend wearing work gloves to protect your hands during this installation. No tools will be required for you to make this repair. However, if your old bulb breaks while you are trying to remove it, you will need a pair of pliers to grasp the socket and twist it until it comes out.

Couldn't find correct light bulb anywhere!

al 4 interior lights had burned out
The glass caps that cover the bulbs screw out by hand. Then, it was just like changing any other light bulb. I put the caps back on, and magically, we could once again see our food cooking. We had asked other repair companies to replace the bulbs when we had other major work done, but they either didn't want to take the time to get a part

Can you operation oven with just lightbulb and not the cover?

Can a larger watt bulb be used. 15 w is not very bright.

How to remove light covers
For model number KGRS807SSS00
Hello Roberto, Thank you for contacting us. We show the light lens should just screw off of the bulb, then you can replace it. To remove the complete light assembly, you would need to remove the back panel to access the wiring harness, unplug it from the assembly, and then remove the old assembly and put in the new one, then re-attach the wires.
