How Buying OEM Parts Can Save You Time and Money
Why buy the real thing?
OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. Simply put, this means that the company who made your appliance is also supplying the replacement part for it.

Although, expensive I ordered these because I read that others who tried cheaper options came back and purchased these. They work just like the originals on my stove.

THe original knob found its way into my garbage disposal and was broken. I needed to freplace it.

The control knobs broke over time. So I couldn't control the burners and I tried some uiversal knobs from Lowe's that was a disaster. I ordered the right knobs and they work great.
I simply put the control knobs on the shaft and they worked great. I love them. Thank you.

When I cut the coil element off the light stays on that is by the cut off know. What is wrong!!!
For model number TES325G
Hi Ronald,
Thank you for your question. If the indicator light remains on after the element has been turned off, one of the burner switches is malfunctioning and you will need to test it for continuity with a multimeter. Before removing and testing the switch, please unplug the range from the electrical outlet. Using a multimeter on Rx1 mode, test for continuity by touching the L1 and H1 terminals with the probes. Once you have completed that test, touch the probes to the L2 & H2 terminals. If your test results indicate that there is no continuity between one or both sets of terminals, you need a replacement infinite switch. If you need help placing an order for it, customer service is open 7 days a week and anyone will be happy to assist you. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!
