Lost the digital display (LCD)
We had electrical storm and lost power. When it returned the cable box and the Frig display didn't come back on. I disassembled the Frig door panel to view the assembly. With an educated guess I ordered the control board. It took approx 10 minutes to install. It works as it should.

The ice dispenser will only activate and dispense ice when crushed ice is selected. When cubed is selected, the hatch will open and a clicking noise can be heard but the motor will not run. Could it be the control bird relay malfunctioning?
For model number GS6NBEXRS00
Hello Chris, thank you for inquiring. Yes, this could be due to a faulty Dispenser Control Board part number PS11740234 for your model. You may also want to consider the Ice Dispenser Door Motor part number PS11749796. Good luck with your repair!

The power to my KitchenAid ice maker and water dispenser is no longer working. Nothing powers the screen, nor will it make ice. The electrical lines appear in good order, and the refrigerator/freezer are cooling properly. I replaced part #14 in the repair parts sheet for the dispenser; however, that did not have any effect. Is part #12 dispenser control board the one that i need to replace instead? Thanks.
For model number KSCS25FVMS03
