Right part, simple to replace

So grateful for the courteous, knowledgeable, expedient service from the moment I called. Received numerous follow-ups which I apologize for not responding to until now. This was my second time placing an order for a replacement part for an appliance. I was anxious at first; not knowing if I supplied the right info, or if the customer service rep understood exactly what I needed. Arrival time was reasonable and just as promised. Top of the line service.

The part I ordered for the refrigerator at the home I just purchased, arrived quickly and was accurate. HOWEVER, the previous owner apparently took other parts off of the bottom of the fridge, so the kick plate grill cannot be installed. Super annoying and frustrating! No fault of PartSelect.
