Water is filling reservoir, circulating pump is circulating, but no ice. Compressor gets very hot and fan does not come on...is there a switch that could be out or compressor not good? what should we check?
For model number KUID508ESS1
Hello Monica, thank you for your question. It sounds like the issue is that the unit is not freezing, and actually getting cold enough to freeze the water. I would check the OVERLOAD Part Number: PS11737729, Relay, Start (Production) Part Number: PS11739742 as well as the MOTOR-COND
Part Number: PS12114322 to see if it turning. I would also check the condenser to see if the unit has frost build up on it. I hope this helps!
