THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS. THE SURFACE ELEMENT SNAPPED RIGHT IN AND THE BAKE ELEMENT SCREWED OUT AND BACK IN IN A SNAP. This was an A+experience! I found the correct parts easily using their diagrams,ordered easily and remarkably, I ordered on a sunday evening and received my order on tuesday afternoon. Could not have been happier!!

The burner wouldn't work. I just plugged in the new one and all was done.

I looked up the part from the parts diagram list and was easily able to order it. The part arrived quickly and I installed it.

Removed old element, pluged in new element.

Actually, no repair was needed. I just removed the old drip pans and my burners snap in and out, so it could not have been easier! I simply looked up the parts on your web-site, ordered and completed my transaction in about 5 minutes. The parts were delivered in two days - amazing! It could not have been easier!!!!!! Old surface element was removed simply by pulling it out of the electrical contacts. The, the new one was inserted.

All I did was take out the old drip bowls and broken element and put in the new. I have had a difficult time trying to find the parts, but PartSelect made it so easy and the parts were the correct ones for my old JennAir stove.

replaced parts... the burner receptacle was the only part requiring tools. 10 min. fix.
