The original spray arm hangs too low. Unless the upper tray is pushed all the way in, then the support arm backs up, and raises the spray arm. Unfortunately, when loading upper tray, the spray arm hangs in the way. Spray arm falls off every few days, usually somewhere in the middle of cycle. This time it fell on the heating unit. The upper spray arm cracked at the joint. It came off and was damaged by the heating coils. Can you provide a replacement part, and if so, what is the part number?

Hello Dave, Thank you for your inquiry. The upper spray arm is what rotates to clean and rinse the dishes from the inside top of the dishwasher. While you can run the dishwasher without it, your dishes will not get as clean without it. It attaches to the conduit with by the upper hub and tabs, available as part# PS11774434, use a small flat head screwdriver to release the tabs and remove the spray arm. Attach the new spray arm by aligning the hub support to the conduit and snap the tabs into place. Good luck with your repair.
