I would like to replace the stationary rack on both top and bottom racks. My question is can these new racks stay in the oven during the self cleaning cycle?

The oven rack assembly for both upper and lower oven for your model are part number PS11729138, and the oven rack slide assembly for both upper and lower oven is part number PS10061340. These are sold individually. You may need to remove these racks from the oven before initiating a self clean cycle. We hope this information helps!
