Sometimes the dishwasher will not clean, but will eventually clean when restarted.

Hello Russell, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, we would recommend checking the spray arms for any obstructions. If they are clear, then the issue is most probably with the circulation pump, part number PS11773089. It pumps water through the spray arms during the dishwashing cycle. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. Glad to be of assistance!
I replaced the heating element and that did not work before replacing the control panel might there be something else to check

My dish washer normal cycle jumps from 2 hours to 3 hours without touching anything. Same thing happens in sensor mode. Will replacing the control board fix this issue?

If you have verified that the water is hot, the filters and sensors are clean, and the jump in time happens immediately and consistently regardless of the load, then the control board may have a software glitch or a faulty relay.
