Limited water flow at water dispenser with loud noise coming from back of refridgerator
New water filter installed with no difference.

If this is not the issue, you may need to check the water inlet valve, part number PS11751799, to fix the issue. It supplies water to the refrigerator ice maker and water dispenser.
