Samsung dual door convection oven. Top and bottom convection bake as well as broil stopped working. Regular bake with bottom of oven still functioning properly. Can set broil and convection to come on with control panel normally but oven does not heat up properly for those functions. Also will not self clean. Will look like it's setting for everything fine but only functions for regular bake and cooktop functions.

Hello Tina, Thank you for the question. Normally this is an indication the Main PCB Control Board is faulty and needs to be replaced, PartSelect Number PS11720512. We hope this helps!

Clock light is missing parts of the number on control panel. What part would fix this issue?

Was not able to turn the oven off. Turned the breaker off and back on and now we are not able to set the time or turn the upper or lower oven on. What parts would you recommend?
