Will that part fix a problem with the 3 and 9 not functioning sometimes on the keypad? Part 21 on the diagram - CNTRL-ELEC

Oven lost power - nothing works or comes on except for the gas top lighter - is it possible it is only the thernal fuse? Or is it the control board (hopefully not)

Oven would not heat - changed out heating element. Oven still does not heat.

Checking out the following parts may help you get to the root of the problem: the thermostat, part number PS11740991, and the temperature sensor, part number PS11726314. If the issue persists, you may need to replace the control board, part number PS11703473. Good luck with your repair!
On Bake, the oven will heat up to 355 degrees fairly quickly but then stops heating. I found the bottom heat element broken and replaced it, but the oven still will not heat up properly. I can get it up to the higher temps using the Convection function but on just Bake it will not.

Turned off then on of circuit breaker and oven immediately started heating up
