The fridge side not cooling at all, the freezer is side working fine, the window slap that allows cool air pass through from the freezer side to the fridge side (located at the fridge side) is always closed not allowing cool air to the fridge side, we had an electrical grid surge from the local electricity supplier company, I think the control board suffers and is not sending signal to open and close the window slapper?
