On the diagram the part number is Ap3902370 but that part doesn't look like the part I removed. Thje compressor overload protector is is open even when cold

Faulty start devices can cause the compressor overload protector to open even when the compressor is not heating up. You may need to replace the start device, part number PS1145197, and the relay switch, part number PS833023, as they are responsible for starting the compressor. We hope this information is useful!
