Sample Model Number Tags
Model numbers can be made up of numbers (1005400, for example) or a combination of letters and numbers (LAT1000AAE). The model number will most likely appear on either a paper sticker or a metal plate. Your appliance's model number tag may look similar to the sample model number tags shown here (model number highlighted in yellow):
This condenser fan motor is designed to circulate air across the refrigerator’s condenser coils, helping to remove heat from the refrigerant and maintain efficient cooling. The motor base measures approximately 2.5 by 2.5 inches and features a 3-wire connector for secure installation. Please note that this component does not include the fan blade, which should be ordered separately if needed. Replacing a faulty motor can restore proper airflow and improve overall refrigerator performance.
How Buying OEM Parts Can Save You Time and Money
Why buy the real thing?
OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. Simply put, this means that the company who made your appliance is also supplying the replacement part for it.

My fridge's condenser motor was making noise. Is it a major task to change out the motor only or is it easier to order the whole assembly, fan and motor and replace it that way?
Hi James, Thank you for the question. The difficulty would be about the same. If the motor is the only part that is defective, you can just replace the motor. Hope this helps!

Replacing evap. Fan motor. What Is the fan supposed to do?
For model number GTS18DBPWRWW
Hi Charlie, thank you for reaching out. The evaporator fan motor, part number PS967024, is compatible with your model. It circulates air over the refrigerator coils. These coils will convert the heat into cool air, which is then circulated. We hope this helps!
