This is a genuine OEM supplied component which is specially made for use with Ridgid roll groovers. It provides an identical replacement for a missing or a damaged 1/2" drive 90-degree ratchet that was included with a new unit. The part ratchet rotates a feed screw that advances a groove roll into the pipe/tube to form a groove that meets specifications required for mechanical coupling systems and alsodrives the equipment around the pipe.
