Oven had power but did not heat
Opened the breaker on the main electrical panel and disconnected wires from junction box. Checked to make sure power was off with multimeter. Fed wires through the wall before removing oven. Most difficult part was removal and replacement of the wall oven itself. Needed help from my wife getting it out, had to protect floor and have

Replacement of the switch was simple but I did need new crimp on connector for the damaged wire. Had to use crimping tool for that repair. Connected power, closed breaker and turned on oven to verify proper operation.

I did a self oven clean and my upper oven stopped working. My upper oven will not heat up. Will this part fix the problem.
For model number Ew30ew65psc
Hello Dennis, thank you for your inquiry. The part that you are referring to is located in a lower oven. It protects the range from damage in the event of an electrical short or overheating. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest checking the upper oven temperature sensor, part number PS16745361, to solve the problem. We hope this helps!
