My front control panel lights on a few bars are very bright.

Our fridge temperatures - both freezer and fridge - are fluctuating dramatically. Also, some of the light bars on the front display are very bright. Does this sound like the main power board should be replaced? Am I correct that the power board part number is ps10062908?
