I just ordered the hidden bake element for my oven from your company. GE part #wb44x21668. I've replaced bake elements before, i just need to find out how to get to the element to remove and replace it. From the back?
For model number JK5000SF3SS
Hello Noel, thank you for your question. There are 2 screws in the back on the panel at the bottom of the oven that they should be able to unscrew and remove to get access to the element. I hope this helps!

In replacing the hidden element I assume the oven needs to be pulled out of the cabinet?
For model number CK7500SH1SS
Hello Mike, thank you for getting in touch. Yes, to replace the hidden bake element, you need to pull the oven out of the cabinet or away from the wall to access the element from the rear. The wiring connections are located behind a rear access panel on the back of the appliance. We hope this helps.

where is the heating element? Does this model have only one heating ele ment on top of the oven?
For model number jk3500sf4ss
Hi Sheldon, thank you for the question. Based on our research, your model comes with two heating elements. The broil element, part number PS8755292, and the bake element, part number PS10059164. Both of these elements are present in the upper and lower ovens. We hope this helps!
