The plastic part broke off. A known issue
Easy to install. Just make sure to line up the back pin. Also ensure your ice is adjusted to the correct amount of your daily usage.

Hi, my ice maker quit crushing the ice , only get the cubes now. Do I need a new part ? Thanks Harry
For model number Ffhb2750td7
Hello Harry, Thank you for your inquiry. While the ice container assembly with auger and blades being damaged is the most common cause of this issue, we would also recommend checking the auger motor and the ice dispenser solenoid. You can test the parts with a multimeter. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, we have videos available to assist you. We hope this helps and if you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!
Icemaker won't dispense ice; it simply piles up at the front of the ice tray and won't drop down the chute.
For model number FFHB2750TD5
Hello Roy, thank you for contacting us. The issue is most probably related to the auger motor, part number PS3506221, and the ice dispenser solenoid, part number PS8691994. The solenoid shifts the ice container deflector to dispense crushed ice or cubed ice and the auger motor turns the auger that pushes the ice cubes through the dispenser chute. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you require assistance placing an order. Thanks again for reaching out!
Our Refrigidaire refrigerator Ice marker is making HUGE chunks of ice. The back of the ice maker was frozen and not dispensing ice cubes, so we tried to thaw out the back but ended up melting it. Now, the ice maker is dispensing huge chunks of ice. Could you please recommend which part we need to purchase?
For model number FFHB2750TD8
Hi Chen, thank you for reaching out. Based on the description, the issue is probably with the water inlet valve, part number PS7321353. We would recommend checking the inlet valve to fix the issue. Good luck with your repair!
I'm looking for the plastic baffle that attaches to the Auger. It's cracked. My Auger works fine. Wondering if you see just that peace as I don't need the whole ice bucket? If not can I use it without it.
For model number FGHB2866PFNA
Hello Michelle, thank you for your inquiry. The baffle that attaches to the auger does not come separately, and it comes as a part of the ice bucket, part number PS10057214. If you require assistance to place an order, please contact customer service!

What are parts 10 and 51, can I order them separately?
For model number FGHB2868TF4
Hi Kyle, thank you for reaching out. Yes, you can order the parts separately. The part on 10 is the drive bar, part number PS2368085, and on 51 is the anti twist buck pin, part number PS3492969. We hope this information is useful!
