Where is the fuse located?

I replace the bulbs with ones from the local hardware store; didn't work; replaced fuses; didn't work; replaced circuit board, didn't work; finally, ordered expensive recommended part and replaced fuses purchased at local dealer, WORKS! The bulbs I purchased locally were 50watt not 2
