Hood lights don’t come on fan does. Fuse seems to be okay

Hi Fan, thank you for the question. According to our research, we would recommend replacing the Light Bulb, part number PS16216967. If that does not take care of the issue, we would suggest checking the Light Socket, part number PS223703. If you require assistance placing an order, please contact customer service. Two years ago (approximately) the lights quit working. I replace the bulbs with ones from the local hardware store; didn't work; replaced fuses; didn't work; replaced circuit board, didn't work; finally, ordered expensive recommended part and replaced fuses purchased at local dealer, WORKS! The bulbs I purchased locally were 50watt not 2
... Read more0. I had 2 different repairmen (one GE rep) look at it,and neither one solved the problem. But it's fixed now!
Removed unit by removing two mounting screws attaching socket to range hood. Removed adjacent filter panel, pulled socket out through opening, and removed two screws attaching ceramic insulation base to socket. Reinstalled in reverse order.
