Door release button broken everything else works fine

Microwave plate holder broken
No repair needed just had to replace the Turntable Guide with Rollers. What was the best was how quick the item was delivered and the email notifications sent to where the item was. Such fantastic customer service. Thank you and Keep it up. Great company!

Broke my cooking tray
Did not repair. Tried ordering replacement and Whirlpool doesn't have a record of the model number on my microwave. You sent a substitute tray and it was much too large for my microwave and I had to pay to send it back.
