How to repair if the red light is flashing

For model number XNJ01

Hello Eriszaka, thank you for getting in touch. The red light flashing means the battery cartridge is not installed properly, or is not locked completely. To install the battery cartridge properly, align the tongue on the battery cartridge with the groove in the housing and slip it into place. Insert it all the way until it locks in place with a little click. Always install the battery cartridge fully until the red indicator cannot be seen. We hope this helps.
