It appears the noise the machine is making is from tub bearings that have gone bad. I'm looking for the part numbers for the replacement bearings, I understand there are 2, somewhat different sizes. One parts location said you can't order the bearings by themselves, you have to order the entire outer rear tub, but then I see videos and other information that talks about replacing the bearings on different Samsung washers.

Hello Jeffrey, thank you for reaching out. The bearings you are looking for are not sold separately, you will need to order complete outer rear tub for it. The part number is PS12708708. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week!
Take pics every step, easier re-assembly. Dismantled washer keeping bolt/screw section removed compartmentalized in a tackle box in the order of removal. Replaced drum support, bearings, seal, old blots. Too much to write but I was able to do it all in about 4 hours once all the parts finally came in.
