The machine will shake violently at the first spin cycle but only on occasion. On medium load with typical laundry it is fine. On large load with typical laundry it will shake. If there is one or maybe 2 towels it will shake. Suspension rods and springs were changed which helped except on occasion.

For model number WTW4910XQ1

Hello Lee, Thank you for the question. We suggest checking the Tub Seal. When the Rods and Springs were worn it could have unevenly worn down the Seal and caused the tub to be off center. We hope this helps!
