Makes noise in only when spinning out
For model number WTW4616FW0
Hello Tim, thank you for getting in touch. According to our research, the issue is most probably with the drive clutch kit, part number PS10057144. It attaches to the drive belt and rotates the spin basket drive shaft. If it is faulty, it can cause the washer to be noisy while spinning. You may need to replace it to solve the problem. We hope this helps!

Washing machine won't drain water after running through a cycle? What should I look at.
For model number WTW4616FW0
Hi Greg,
Thank you for your question. If water is not draining from your washer after a cycle has completed, we recommend checking the drain hose, the drain pump, and the door lock assembly. First check the drain hose to see if it is clogged and that it is not kinked. Also check that the drain hose is properly positioned in the standpipe. If the drain hose is clogged, try cleaning it out. If this does not help, you will need to replace it. If the drain hose is kinked or too far down in the standpipe, reposition it. The drain hose should be placed at least 5 inches down in the standpipe. If the drain hose is fine, you will need to check the drain pump and the door lock assembly for continuity with a multimeter on the Rx1 setting to see if they are operating normally. First check the pump to see if it is clogged and that the impeller can turn freely. If the the drain pump is not clogged and you can turn the impeller, test it with the multimeter. You should receive a reading between 160 and 260 ohms (+/- 5 percent). If you get any other reading, you will need to replace the drain pump. For the door lock assembly, check and see that you can operate it mechanically and to see if the levers and actuators are damaged or sticking. If you can operate it mechanically, test it with the multimeter. You should receive a reading of zero. If you get any other reading, you will need to replace the door lock assembly. We hope this helps!

Dog ears worn down; upper agitator not moving
Pulled off the dispenser. Used socket set to remove bolt. Removed entire agitator out of washer. Placed both feet on bottom of agitator and then pulled up on the upper agitator. It took some muscle due to the years of washer use. I used a flat-head screwdriver to weaken the plastic clips holding down the old bearing-driven cam. Once
