Hello good day sir/ma please i need you to help me with Bosch dryer wte86184, it stop every five[5] minutes, i have done all what i needed to to , cleaning of the sump and other prat but it still won't stop the stopping in every five minute and also why working the Bosch dryer is not heating up ,please kindly help me with the solution

Thank you for your question. If your dryer is shutting off too soon, there may be a blockage in the vent. Check and make sure that both the lint filter and the vent are free from lint. If they are clogged, clean them. A clogged vent can cause the dryer to shut off too soon. If this is not the issue, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check thermistor, the high limit thermostat, the electronic control board, the motor and the door lock. We hope this helps! Good luck with the repair!
The repair was simple. I removed the front door, hinges, front metal panel, door rubber seal, top control panel, and rear panel of machine. Removed the existing drain pump and replaced with a new one. Removed both existing shocks and installed new ones, Reassembled the machine and everything worked just perfectly.
