I do not see the light bulb for the freezer listed. Where do I obtain the replacement bulb?

Do I have to remove the foam that is inside the freezer compartment?

Hi Vanessa, thank you for contacting us. Based on our research, you should not remove the foam inside the freezer compartment. The insert is part of the refrigerator and not part of the packing material. If the insert is removed, ice may migrate down from the freezer and cause icicles to form. We hope this information helps!

Freezer works, but refrigerator doesn’t. I defrosted freezer, even the small holes in the ceiling of the refrigerator; also i cleaned all filters in the back, still it has the same problem. And suggestions?

Hello Lena, thank you for reaching out. According to our understanding of the issue, we would recommend replacing the freezer door gasket, part number PS2355528. It creates a seal around the door to prevent warm air from entering the freezer compartment. Glad to be of assistance!

Removed the fan blade from fan motor,which was press fitted on,then removed fan motor from bracket assembly(make sure and retain the two vibration rubber washers on back and front of motor. Reinstall new motor with vibration washers and press fan blade on new motor. Install in bracket assemble and reassemnble.
I used a flat-head screwdriver to pop out the old light rocker switch. Then, I unplugged the wires, plugged them into the new light rocker switch, and then popped the new switch into the hole. That's it! Lights began working again.
