Hello Jory, Thank you for the question. The water inlet valve opens to supply water to the dispenser. If the water inlet valve is defective, or if the water pressure is too low, the water valve will not open. Make sure that the water pressure to the valve is at least 20 psi. We hope this helps.

Hello Adele, Thank you for your inquiry. It could be caused by a clogged drain fitting, which is allowing the water to pool on the bottom of the freezer. We would recommend checking the drain fitting, the drain tube/trivet and the evaporator drain pan. Check for any clogs and excess water in the pan. Good luck with your repair.

We advice to check to make sure the Water Filter PS11701542 is fitted correctly and I would check the lines connected to it to see if they are cracked and fitted correctly.
