The panel says lock
For model number WOS51EC0HS20
Hello Jill, thank you for reaching out. When the panel on your oven says "lock", it's likely indicating that the oven is in a locked mode. This is a safety feature designed to prevent accidental start-ups or to lock the oven controls to prevent children from accessing them.
To Unlock Control:
1. Check that the oven is off.
2. Select CONTROL LOCK.
3. “Control Lock” will display.
4. Scroll up to unlock.

This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
removed unit from cabinet tested switch it was OK checked wiring and found shorted out wire leading to switch. cut out bad section and spliced wire back together problem solved
