I believe i need a new heating element. The oven heats, but at the end of the preheat a thermometer records 100 degrees lower than the set temp. With about 30 more minutes the temp will increase about 50 more degrees. If the oven door is opened, the temperature drops significantly and it takes an extremely long time to begin increasing. Can this be ordered? Do installation instructions come with the element?

Hello Peggy,
Thank you for your question. The baking element for your model is under part PS11756151 for your model, and it does not come with installation instructions, but you can find several installation guides online by using your baking elements part number to search. If the oven isn't heating up correctly however, our sources suggest replacing the thermal fuse for your model under part PS11756138, since the fuse could have blown which is resulting in the lack of heat in the oven. We hope this helps!

While i was using the oven yesterday the front digital screen went totally black and appears to have no power. I was using the broiler but had only had it on for a few minutes. It seems that it over-heated. Flipping the breaker didn’t resolve anything. What might be the problem?

Hello, Thank you for your question. You will want to check the control board, and the thermostat. Those are typically the cause of this issue. We hope this helps.

The outside glass on my oven door was struck by a falling object and it shattered the safety glass. Is it possible to replace that glass or the oven door. I wanted to check before calling in a repair tech or going out and buying a new oven to replace this one. I tried looking for the part but I just keep falling down rabbit holes. Please advise. Scratches in Surface
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.

Thermal fuse blew while oven was in use and we had a power outage.
