How do I disconnect the fuse
For model number WOS51EC0AS02
Hello Robert, Thank you for the question. We do not have instructions for this particular part sorry but we were able to locate a repair story from a previous customer that pay help. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
USE 2 PEOPLE FOR SAFETY! SWITCH OFF OVEN POWER BREAKER!! Remove screws attaching oven to wall opening, slide out entire oven just far enough to get to 2 screws on either side of controls, remove those screws (may need stubby screwdriver), lift control front, opens forward, have 2nd person hold control panel cover while removing centered thermal fuse (plugs on both ends, may need needle-nose pliers to grip plug on fuse.) Remove old fuse, plug in new one. Close control panel, replace side screws, TEST POWER BEFORE pushing oven back into wall, replace wall-holding screws. Less than 30 minutes. EXTRA PERSON MAKES EASY!

After pressing the broil or bake button the display reads, "Feature Not Available". What's wrong with it?
For model number WOS51EC0AS02
Hello Brenda, Thank you for your inquiry. First try resetting the oven by disconnecting it from the power for 5-10 minutes and then plugging it back in. Check to make sure the controls are not locked by pressing and holding the start button or control lock button for 3 seconds. If that does not fix the issue, use a multimeter on the ribbon connectors of the control panel and control board to see if they are working properly. If you can open the oven door, check the door lock assembly as well. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, we have videos available to assist you. We hope this helps and if you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!

Scratches in Surface
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
