The model number will most likely appear on either a paper sticker or a metal plate. Used Silicone Rubber to "glue" them. It's heat resistant unlike super glue which is why 8 of them fell off. I only found 6 of them and had to order replacements.
Just replaced insert pan - was able to identify it on the internet web site by inserting model number. Ordered part on line and got it within a week! Easy peasy!
