During spin cycle, loud noise, but spin cycle continued to finish
For model number WFW9250WW00
Hi Gerry, thank you for reaching out. Based on the description that you have provided, our suggestion would be to confirm that the washer is level. If the washer is level, then make sure that the load is balanced inside the tub. If there are light and heavy items in the same load, the tub will spin out of balance and become noisy. If the load is also balanced, then you may need to check the shock absorbers, part number PS11723173. If one of the shock absorbers becomes dislodged or breaks, the tub may begin shaking and hitting the sides of the washer cabinet, making a loud noise when the appliance is in the wash or spin cycle, and you may need to replace this part. We hope this helps!

For model number WFW9250WW00
Hello Philip, Thank you for your inquiry. This error usually indicates that the control board is unable to properly detect the motor speed. It could be an issue with the motor, the motor control unit, the wiring harness or the main control board. You can test the motor and motor control unit with a multimeter. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, we have videos available to assist you. Check the wiring harness and main control board for any visible damage or loose connections. We hope this helps and if you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!
