Hello Rick, thank you for your question. We would recommend replacing the burner switch for that burner. The switch regulates the temperature so if the burner is not regulating properly the most likely issue is the switch. That is Part Number: PS11740783. I hope this helps!

The oven light and clock works but the top elements and oven elements do not work.

Hi Roy,
Thank you for your question. If both the surface and oven elements are not working, but the clock and light is working, the part that fixes this issue the majority of the time is the terminal block. It connects the individual wires and protects the device from electrical surges, voltages, and current. With this part, the house power is connected to the range wire harness. Some symptoms replacing the terminal block could be a solution for are little to no heat when baking, element will not heat and/or it will not start. This part will prevent loosening and will reduce damage caused by corrosion (by two different metals). There are some other parts that you should check as well. Circuit breaker trips when you use back right burner

Hi Angela, thank you for reaching out. We have researched the model and would recommend checking the burner surface element switch, part number PS11740783. A shorted switch might be causing the breaker to trip. We would also suggest checking the wirings to the terminal block, part number PS11750972. We hope this helps!

($600.00 stove 2 years old)Please Note: The insulation blanket needed for the entire stove is two pieces, the sides and top are one part # and the bottom and back, are another part #. I did not know this. I just purchased the top and sides. I got lucky, the back and bottom were still in good shape. So I guess I should have read the description of the part more carefully to see what it covers, before I ordered it. It took two people two hours to do the work, it was really nice to have an extra set of eyes, to remember what direction pieces of metal from the stove went. I would do it all over in a heart beat instead of buying a new stove.
