Hi Penny, thank you for reaching out. The error code 4E indicates that no water is coming into your washing machine from the supply hose. You may need to unplug your washer for 30 seconds, and plug it back in. You may need to check the water supply hose and water inlet filter for clogging. If the issue still persists, we would recommend checking the water inlet valve to solve the problem. Your model comes with two water inlet valves: the hot water inlet valve, part number PS4209100, and the cold water inlet valve, part number PS4208704. We hope this information helps!
Take pics every step, easier re-assembly. Dismantled washer keeping bolt/screw section removed compartmentalized in a tackle box in the order of removal. Replaced drum support, bearings, seal, old blots. Too much to write but I was able to do it all in about 4 hours once all the parts finally came in.
