Hi my washer fill with water but don't spin an is a code in the 3E we change the water pump still don't work

Hello Adela, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, code 3E appears when the motor is not running properly. First, restart the cycle by pressing the start/pause button. If the code reappears, we would recommend checking the following parts to fix your issue: RPS Sensor, part number PS4204673, Motor Stator, part number PS4204678, and Motor Rotor, part number PS4204680. Old hot water inlet hose had budge at both ends.
Turn water off at the inlet valve of hose you are replacing. Disconnect inlet hose the washer and let water drain out in a bucket. Then remove old hose. Replace new hose to inlet valve then washer . Use pliers to tighten both ends. Turn on water to check leaks at both ends of hose.

The boot had a crack, where the leak was.
Took off the front part of boot on the door, continued to take out the front and top off to washer Faisal.
Removed weights and boot connected to the drum. Installed new boot and leeks was gone.
