oven will not heat past 325

Hello Kevin, thank you for reaching out. The most common cause of an oven that will not heat past 325°F is a faulty oven temperature sensor (RTD). When the sensor sends incorrect temperature readings to the control board, the oven may think it has reached the set temperature and stop heating prematurely. Checking the sensor's resistance and replacing it if faulty, might fix the issue. The part number is PS11726314.We hope this information helps!
The fan is not working on convection oven. It’s on back of oven wall. Cooking is not even when using convection.

Hi Cindy, thank you for contacting us. Based on our understanding, the issue could be with the convection fan motor, part number PS12745763. It has likely failed, or grease and debris have physically seized the blades. Because a convection oven relies entirely on that rear fan to circulate heat, a broken fan traps the hot air in pockets, which is exactly why your food is cooking unevenly. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!

($600.00 stove 2 years old)Please Note: The insulation blanket needed for the entire stove is two pieces, the sides and top are one part # and the bottom and back, are another part #. I did not know this. I just purchased the top and sides. I got lucky, the back and bottom were still in good shape. So I guess I should have read the description of the part more carefully to see what it covers, before I ordered it. It took two people two hours to do the work, it was really nice to have an extra set of eyes, to remember what direction pieces of metal from the stove went. I would do it all over in a heart beat instead of buying a new stove.
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
