Dryer runs/heats fine but stops after a couple minutes. This happens both on timed and sensor setting.

Hi Mike, thank you for reaching out. Based on the description, we would suggest cleaning the lint filter and the vent. If this does not solve the issue, then you may have a defective safety thermostat, part number PS11730994. You may need to replace the thermostat to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!

When you set timer , ie 40 min it stays there , it doesnt count down like our other dryer . After 40 min it seems like cycle finished and stops for a bit but then it turns for a minute then stops then turns . It would keep doing this until door opened . . Just recently it does not stop by opening door and keeps turning when door is opened . I have to turn off power button to stop it . Do I just need to replace the door switch or also the timer control? Thank you

Scratches in Surface
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.

Both outside door handles turned very beige
Everything worked perfectly---thanks to the suggestion of your call center agent. She suggested that since the replacement door handles were no longer available, I should consider repainting them--it worked like a charm. Please tell her she was a life saver. We rent that house in Fl and my returning tenants had complained about the discoloring refer handles. Thank you
