This morning the control panel quit working. No lights or response to button pushes. I ran a cycle last night and the white finish light was on this morning. I took off the door panel and the light on the control board is flashing slowly. Control panel dead? Part number?

E1 F9 code. Intermittent to start. Reset would fix for a bit. Slowly got worse. Pulled unit, drain pump impeller has some wear, replaced pump. Water level sensor had some brown gunk in air passageways, replaced. Removed water inlet screen and it was cleaned. Cleaned entire tub, sump, confirmed drain line was clear and routed correctly. Reinstalled, confirmed drain function worked fine, water valve working fine. Ran a few loads and now it is hard faulted and will not complete a cycle. Acts like control board. Any help welcome.
For model number WDT750SAKZ0
Hi Bob, thank you for reaching out. As you have already performed major steps, replacing the control board, part number PS17917774, can indeed resolve the issue. A faulty control board is likely misinterpreting signals from the working water level sensor or failing to consistently power the drain pump relay, causing the system to incorrectly register a persistent drainage problem. We hope this solves your problem!

Leaking Dishwasher
After pulling the dishwasher out, I was able to determine the leak was occurring around the plastic nuts on the end of the heating element. I removed the heating element and saw that even though there were washers on the ends that protruded through the backside of the machine, they really weren't sealing the holes the element was sticking

through. Looking at YouTube videos on the installation procedure, I noticed the element being installed had a sort of metal grommet permanently affixed to each end and the rubber washers were between the grommet and the dishwasher body. I ordered the new part and saw this to be when I received the new part. This grommet allowed the washer to seal the hole, once the plastic nuts were installed on the backside of the dishwasher. This seems to have stopped the leak. I don't know how the original part ever worked correctly, since the washers freely sat on the element with nothing to force them up against the body of the dishwasher and seal the holes. It may have been leaking long before I discovered the problem.
