The dishwasher isn’t draining after it’s done cleaning the dishes. If I hit the cancel/drain button the dishwasher will drain the water out. Is this normal or is there an issue? If it’s an issue what are the possible causes?

Hello James, thank you for your inquiry. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend checking the electronic control board, part number PS12070631. A faulty electronic control board will not allow the dishwasher to complete cycles. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!

My filters had completely clogged up and had not cleaned my filters at all which was a no-no.I had lots of food left on the dishes after running my dishwasher, so I took bothp filters out and replaced them no tools required. I won’t be using powdered or liquid detergent for my dishwasher anymore only pods and promise to clean my filters

unscrewed dishwasher from cabinet ...,moved out slightly....while door closed ...reached with long nosed pliers door spring pulled forward...and allowing white plastic part that fits through sleeve and fit new sleeve over it...pulled spring attaching white plastic part and pushed unit back to cabinet and replaced screws DONE.
