Hi Debrah, Thank you for your question. If your dishwasher is not cleaning the dishes properly, check the sprayers to see if they are clogged. Overtime they can become clogged with mineral deposits or dirt and debris and they will need a good cleaning. You may need to use a needle or a paper clip to remove any debris from the holes. Also give the sprayers a good soaking in some hot water and vinegar. If the sprayers show any signs of damage, you will need to replace them. Make sure that when you are placing dishes in the dishwasher that you are not overloading it. Too many dishes in the dishwasher can prevent the sprayers from spraying the dishes with water and detergent. If you are hearing a noise when you turn the dishwasher off, it may be caused by a switching device which is controlled by the electric motor. This usually happens when the dishwasher switches from one cycle to another. If you have any questions, please let us know. We are open 7 days a week. We look forward to hearing from you!
